The Nkisi Comprehensive Schools of Creative Minds Foundation, Onitsha grew from 25 pupils in 1989 to above 450 pupils in the Primary school wing and 170 students in the Secondary school wing. The performances of Creative Minds pupils in the, state common entrance, national and international examinations like the Senior School Certificate Examinations of the West African Examination Council and the University of Cambridge G.C.E., are eloquent testimonies of very high educational attainments of her products. The teaching staff is mainly drawn from the Nigerian N.C.E. and B.Ed. graduates. They are spiced by skilled and highly experienced examiners in the Arts and the Sciences, with higher degrees of Masters and PhD. Most of them have spent an average of seven years in Creative Minds Foundation. The management is equally made up of internationally experienced teachers and expatriates from Nigeria, Belgium, Malaysia/India, Poland, and United States of America. The foundation principal of the school is Belgian while Dr. E.O. Omanukwue - Nigerian, is the chairman. Primary school staffConscious of the uniqueness of every level of child development and following the dictates of individual continuous Assessment as enunciated by the National Policy on Education of the Federal Government of Nigeria, the management of Creative Minds Foundation runs its comprehensive educational centre, with the approval of the Anambra State Ministry of Education under the name of the Nkisi Schools. It has a collaborating arrangement with New Nkisi Nursery School run by a Russian-Jew, Mrs. Rita Ochai whereby her pupils gain preferential admission into the Primary school and secondary sections of Creative Minds Foundation Nkisi Comprehensive Schools. By this arrangement Creative Minds Foundation ensures it has a steady inflow of quality children from her day-care centres and/or nursery school to Primary and the Secondary Education.
